Essential oils are made from plants. Our body’s know how to process them, unlike chemicals what disrupt and cloud the body’s ability to function as it is supposed to. Essential oils offer gentle support and can be used for just about anything from cleaning to first aid to cooking to detoxification. These little plant powerhouses are a force to reckon with!
